Once you meet the owner, Zach Willis, you realize this is a man in whom you can place your complete trust. That’s a big statement, but when you talk with him, you’ll know immediately why I have said it. Yes, he is all of those good things we would want in a service provider: high technical expertise, prompt, efficient, conscientious, does exactly what he commits to doing, knows his business very well, personable, respectful, good communication skills and a pleasure to be around. But here’s the big differentiator: he thinks about, is sensitive to and responds instinctively to the unique needs and likely unexpressed stresses and emotional challenges the client is experiencing. This leads him to step forward when he sees an opportunity to assist and support the client and to step back when he senses the client wants to take charge. He seems to have a real understanding of human behavior and can ‘read’ it very well in order to provide above and beyond service to his clients. You can tell he really cares about giving his very best. Everything I’ve said about Zach also goes for his partner(?) and/or 2nd in command, Walter. Try NOT to like and respect these guys–it’s impossible!

We used On The Move LLC for packing purposes and they did an incredible job. Jessica showed up early and did all the packing we needed, in a shorter time than we anticipated. Everything we had was glassware, kitchenware and very fragile and she packed it precisely and with care.”

These guys were great. They showed up on time and loaded one and a half large storage units packed full, into a single 26 ft rental truck. The load traveled fine and did not shift one my trip to Colorado. The movers that I hired on this end commented on how well the truck was packed. Nothing was broken or even scratched. I wish I had hired these guys before when I moved my house into those storage units, then maybe I wouldn’t be having shoulder surgery. At any rate I would defiantly hire them again.

On the Move were professional, courteous, affordable, and capable of moving items that that baffled other movers. We would recommend them to anyone moving that wants superior service at a reasonable price.

Zach and Walter were the best! Showed up on time, moved the contents of two storage cubes into the house without a scratch, moved furniture into a truck economically so that I could save on transfer fees, were careful with everything. I highly recommend them for your moving needs. They do what they say, and have great tips for local eating as well!
